Job Description

A very reputable company is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team and support their growing business needs and achieve goals together.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage the customer portfolio and their behaviour and needs
  • Ensure a supreme customer experience and satisfaction
  • Formulate different initiatives and programs to maintain and increase customers' participation and activities
  • Develop CRM strategies to facilitate business growth
  • Oversee CRM programs performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • A Bachler degree in Marketing, business or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of experience in CRM, customer service and relationship management
  • Solid experience in loyalty marketing, CRM and market intelligence
  • Good understanding of market segments and their marketing strategies
  • Experience of analysing consumer behaviour and formulate appropriate action plans
  • Good command in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
