Job Description

A Leading Consumer Goods Company is looking for a Assistant Manger, Channel Marketing to support the team on marketing and promotion planning and execution for off-trade channels.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, plan and implement trade promotion and activation strategies for off-trade channels
  • Own the budget of the off-trade marketing
  • Work closely with the sales team and brand teams on merchandising and POS execution to achieve business growth
  • Manage and maintain a strong relationship with key channel customers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing and sales data

Requirement

  • A bachelor's degree in business or related fields
  • At least 4 years of experience in trade marketing and brand management, preferably in FMCG, Wine & Spirits, or other consumer goods
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the sales environment and channel operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good literacy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Open-minded, creative, and strong team spirit
