Job Description

Looking for professional service desk support for global users, assist to maintain and troubleshoot the hardware and software according to company standards

Job Scope:

  • Provide technical supports to global teams
  • Assist users for hardware and software issues
  • Install, configurate, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Monitor system healthiness and provide regular upgrades
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience of working with technical yroubleshooting experience
  • Execellent communication skills, both verbal and written Cantonese & English
  • Immediate or short notice would be an advantage
  • Available to work in morning shift
