Job Description

Our client is a global financial brokerage. Product including but not limited to Rate, Equities, Credit and FX etc. You will be support the Admin Manager for the daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Maintain & control Access card system
  • Prepare an analytical report for cost calculation, comparison, and other purposes
  • Managing internal filing system
  • Helping manage document storage matter
  • Helping organize staff travel booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
  • Assist any ad hoc company events

Requirment:

  • 5+ years of experience in Office Administration in sizeable company is preferrable
  • Familiar with the operation of Access Control System
  • Good communication skills, interperson skills and detail-minded
  • Ability to work under pressure
