Job Description

Our client is a globally renowned luxury brand with years of success and they are currently looking for a Head of Training talent to join their winning team!


  • act as the key contact and subject matter expert at group level on all training & development matters
  • design and implement group training and development initiatives & projects
  • identify the training needs and develop relevant programmes accordingly
  • leverage the latest learning technology and market best practices for enriching current learning and development practices
  • ​partner with HR department to review training programs and provide regular follow up for improvements
  • introduce relevant training programme to reskill and upskill internal staff
  • work closely with other departments and business leaders to drive a learning culture
  • provide guidance and support to HR for launching training & development programs
  • other ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Bachelor degree in HR/Management/Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum ​8​ years of relevant ​training & development working experience​ with 3 years in supervisory level​
  • Proficiency across spoken & written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Excellent planning, communications, ​facilitating and presentation skills
  • ​Charismatic, adaptable and ​self-driven
  • Able to work both independently and in a team setting
