Job Description

Our client is experiencing an exciting growth phase and are looking for a talented Customer Service talent to join their winning team!

​Responsibilities

  • provide quality and value-added customer services to clients
  • answer clients' enquiries, handle complaints and provide solutions to solve the problems professionally
  • cooperate with different internal and external teams to ensure quality and timely service delivery
  • ensure orderly execution and filing of documentation and workflow
  • perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year or above in related working experience in Customer Service is preferred
  • Customer centric, patient and able to work under fast-paced and pressured setting
  • Good listening, communications and problem-solving skills
  • Native Japanese fluency
  • Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
