Job Description

Our client is a market leader with various business lines. They're experiencing an exciting growth phase and are looking for a CS Ambassador talent to join their winning team!

Responsibilities

  • ​provide receptionist service and secretarial support
  • handle enquiries, phone calls and correspondences in a courteous manner
  • ​answer telephone calls to ​the main switchboard
  • coordinate front desk activities
  • ​perform ​related ​ad ​-​​hoc duties assigned by ​the management team

Requirements

  • ​D​iploma or above with minimum 2 years of ​customer service ​experience
  • pro​c​active and ​customer oriented with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • self-motivated and able to work independently
  • ​proficient in MS Office applications
  • good command of both spoken and written ​Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • holder of valid Security Personnel Permit (Category A,B) is​ an added advantage ​
