Job Description

Our client is a market leading business conglomerate and they're experiencing an exciting growth phase and are looking for an experienced TA talent to join their winning team!

Responsibilities

  • ​​Screen, interview and assess quality talent ​through the use of social media sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and other external online candidate databases​
  • Act as a​n ​advisor on recruitment strategies and resourcing channels, recruitment cycle timing, coaching on sourcing trends
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including the development of search plan, execution and delivery to ensure successful closure within the time frame
  • ​Build ​positive ​stakeholder relationships and communicate consistently throughout the recruitment process
  • ​Proactively network with industry experts and professional​s ​​​​to build ongoing passive candidate networks
  • Actively manage relationships with external recruitment firms to ensure a quick delivery of qualified candidates
  • Provide the hiring managers with market intelligence regarding the talent community​ ​and industry trends

Requirements

  • ​Bachelor degree or above in HR​/Business or similar ​discipline
  • ​Minimum 6 years ​of ​​experience at a sizable or multi-national company with ideally ​4​ years in an in-house Talent Acquisition role
  • ​P​roven experience identifying and hiring talent in ​c​orporate ​s​upport​ f​unctions
  • ​Positive ​mindset with excellent interpersonal ​and communications ​skills to interact with people at all levels
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • ​A​ team player who collaborates effectively across​ different functions and able to work independently
  • ​Experience in a ​performing at a ​fast-paced ​and pressured ​recruitment environment
