Job Description

A leading European corporate bank is looking for an admin assistant to join their APAC HR team to assist on meeting scheduling and logistics arrangements

Responsibilities

  • Support on secretarial and admin matters for the APAC HR team
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics including interview scheduling
  • Assist in the organisation and execution of the annual internship programme
  • Work with the Training Manager on internal training organisation including scheduling, venue set-up and room booking
  • Assist in the organisation of staff events
  • Manage expenes and training record

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative work or HR administrative support, ideally within a financial institution
  • Knowledge of the labour ordinance would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team envrionment
  • Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
