Based in Cork, Ireland, we are delighted to be working with one of the leading international suppliers of generic pharmaceutical drugs in the world, and they are looking for a Supply Chain Compliance Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Job:

  • Collaborate with the Quality team in investigating quality events and identifying/implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Provide support for the serialization onboarding of Private Label vendors, customers, and contract packaging organizations.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify and manage factors that could negatively impact supply chain resilience within the business.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of predetermined organisational actions to address unexpected disruptive events and ensure a prompt return to acceptable performance levels.
  • Collect data to support the utilisation of key metrics for measuring the effectiveness of Supply Chain Risk Management processes and assessing supply chain compliance.
  • Assist with master data configuration for new product launches, including econo creation, Global Trade Item Numbers (GTIN), and Global Location Numbers (GLN).
  • Participate in project teams dedicated to delivering continuous improvement initiatives and addressing changes due to regulatory mandates.

  • Experience in operating within a cGMDP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement across all organisational levels, functions, and external manufacturing partners.
  • Adaptable in behavior and approaches to address various situations and interact with diverse individuals.
  • Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a customer service focus.
