Originally from Ireland, I spent eight years in the military, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and operating effectively in high-pressure environments. These skills have translated directly into my recruitment career, shaping my approach to stakeholder management, decision-making, and delivering consistent results. I've been based in Australia for the past four years, specialising in the Projects & Transformation space in Sydney.
