    Morgan Mckinley is looking for an experienced Accounts & Payroll Administrator to support the Finance Manager with processing invoices, expenses, supplier payments and also support with the monthly payroll. This is a lovely varied Finance admin and payroll support job opportunity which will also support the wider business with any

    Salary: £28-32K dependent of experience

    Location: Hybrid working - Haywards Heath, West Sussex

    Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri

    Accounts & Payroll Admin Assistant duties:

    • Raising invoices and credit notes
    • Processing payments
    • Supporting with the monthly payroll process
    • Checking and getting approval of approving expenses
    • Handling payroll queries
    • General admin support such as; setting up meetings, travel etc

    Skills and experience required:

    • Proven experience working in a similar Accounts - Finance, admin and payroll support role
    • Attention to detail ad flexible working approach
    • Good IT skills
