Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a company based in the Crawley, West Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be working as part of the Accounts Receivables team, dealing with everyday sales ledger processing, reconciliations, multi-currency transactions, accounts payable invoices etc.
Salary: £28-30K
Location: Office based - Crawley, West Sussex. Parking onsite
Accounts Assistant duties:
- Processing multi-currency invoices and credit notes
- Credit control
- Monitor the AP / AR mailbox, responding to any invoice or payment queries
- Maintain customer accounts
- Multi-currency bank reconciliations
- Supplier payments
- Month-end accounting tasks
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant type role - AP / AR exp
- Experience of multi-currency payments / transactions
- IT skills - use of accounting packages such as; Sage 50
