Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + 10% bonus
Level: Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant looking to step into a dynamic role with real impact. You'll partner directly with senior stakeholders across the business, supporting decision-making and driving performance through insightful reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to commercial leaders

Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Build financial models to assess key metrics and business scenarios

Present monthly financials with insights to senior leadership

Provide ad hoc analysis to inform business strategy and performance

Own financial reporting cycles and identify risks/opportunities
What We're Looking For:

Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset

Confident communicator, able to influence at senior levels

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

Experience in FP&A, management accounting, or business partnering
