    Job Title: Social & Digital Channels Manager for a well known sports entertainment business.
    Salary: £75,000
    Location: London and office based 5 days per week
    Team size: 5 direct reports

    I am looking for an experienced and data-driven Social & Digital Channels Manager to lead and elevate the online presence of a high-profile global brand. This role will shape how the organisation engages with its international audience, partners, and stakeholders across social and digital platforms.

    You'll be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and storytelling through content that resonates with fans and followers. Leading a team, you'll set strategy, oversee execution, and ensure best-in-class delivery across social, web, and app platforms.

    Key Responsibilities of Social & Digital Channels Manager:

    • Develop and implement a data-first strategy to grow and optimise digital platforms.

    • Lead and manage a social media and content team, ensuring output is engaging, timely, and aligned with brand objectives.

    • Oversee content planning and publishing across social, web, and app platforms.

    • Collaborate with analytics teams to drive insight-led decisions, track performance, and optimise activity.

    • Build and maintain a structured content roadmap (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly).

    • Coordinate large-scale content activations and campaigns.

    • Partner with stakeholders across marketing and commercial teams to maximise content value.

    • Monitor trends and innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.

    Experience required of Social & Digital Channels Manager:

    • Strong track record in managing social and digital platforms for a major brand.

    • Experienced in team leadership with excellent organisational skills.

    • Skilled in analytics and performance measurement, with a data-first mindset.

    • Creative thinker with strong understanding of digital storytelling and audience engagement.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
