    Role Overview:
    The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a key role in driving the HR strategy and supporting the growth of the organisation. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on HR management to foster a positive, high-performance culture. You will work closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to provide HR solutions that support business objectives and promote a thriving workplace. You will also oversee the line management of an HR Assistant, while ensuring the HR team delivers consistent and efficient service across the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, supporting the company's growth, innovation, and creative culture.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on all HR matters.
    • Drive organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong communication across the business.

    Employee Relations:

    • Lead on employee relations matters, offering guidance and support for managers in managing performance, addressing grievances, and handling disciplinary issues.
    • Provide coaching to both leaders and employees on best practices related to employee engagement and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with employment law, and manage internal investigations where necessary.

    Team Development & Mentoring:

    • Mentor and coach HR Assistant, providing guidance on day-to-day HR processes, as well as career development and growth opportunities.
    • Facilitate ongoing learning and development programs aimed at upskilling HR colleagues and developing leadership capabilities within the business.

    HR Operations:

    • Ensure that HR processes, policies, and systems are streamlined and effective, promoting a high-performance culture across all levels of the organization.
    • Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and metrics to provide insights on talent trends and opportunities for improvement.

    Key Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience in a senior HRBP role, ideally within a creative or similar fast-paced, dynamic industry.
    • Strong expertise in employee relations, organisational change, and performance management.
    • Experience coaching and mentoring HR staff or team members, with a focus on developing talent.
    • Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level, balancing long-term goals with immediate business needs.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees across all levels of the business.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
    • High level of emotional intelligence and resilience, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

    Qualifications:

    • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent (or significant experience in a senior HRBP role).
    • A relevant degree (or equivalent) in human resources or business management is advantageous but not essential.

    • Full-time, permanent role based in London.
    • Competitive salary of £70,000 plus performance-based bonus.
