    • Reviewing tax returns and ensuring all compliance work is of the highest standard.
    • Training and mentoring junior team members, helping them grow in their careers.
    • Getting involved in business development, attending networking events, and contributing to the firm's thought leadership.

    What We're Looking For

    • CTA qualified with at least 5 years' experience in private client tax.
    • A solid understanding of non-doms, offshore structures, and international tax matters.
    • A confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and building relationships.
    • Strong organisational skills-you're great at juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Some team management experience, or a strong desire to step into a leadership role.
    • A commercial mindset-you understand the bigger picture and how tax fits into it.

    Why Join This Firm?

    • A people-first culture-collaborative, friendly, and supportive.
    • Advisory-led role with complex, interesting client work.
    • Real career progression-your development will be actively supported.
    • Hybrid working-flexibility to balance office and home.
    • Prime Central London location, close to great restaurants, cafes, and transport links.
    • Competitive salary and benefits package.
    • If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, grow, and work with an amazing team, we'd love to hear from you.
