We are urgently seeking an experienced Temporary PA to to support a busy MD until approximately June next year. This is a temporary contract and we are keen to hear from PA's who are able to fully commit to the duration of the contract.
The day to day duties will include:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the MD including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Minute meetings on a regular basis
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
- Screen and prioritise communications, managing emails and phone calls. There will be a requirement to cover reception duties on a Friday.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a professional point of contact.
- Manage special projects, conduct research, and provide support as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Ability to take comprehensive minutes
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general IT proficiency.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer proactive solutions.
This is a full time, office based role starting ASAP.
