An exciting new role in the Fund Management Team supporting Private Credit, where you'll play a key part in growing the business and establishing new strategies.
Key Responsiilities
- Lead the operational delivery of strategic priorities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in loan administration, focusing on direct lending and private credit strategies.
- Oversee and review external loan servicing administrators to ensure compliance with deliverables.
- Implement operational processes for loan administration, currency hedging, and fund borrowing related to subscriptions and NAV facilities.
- Coordinate servicing and settlements between the front office and outsourced administrators; oversee cash reconciliations and assist with investor inquiries.
- Engage with borrowers and Facility Agents to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with finance document requirements.
- Manage relationships with borrowers, clients, and fund administrators regarding cash movements.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in middle office functions related to loan servicing in the private credit space.
- Ability to design and implement new operational processes for private credit strategies.
- Knowledge of Sentry is advantageous.
