Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
PROFILE
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Build, implement, and oversee HR functions across all subsidiary companies. Whilst also maintaining the day to day functions of a busy and growing HR offering.
- Design and execute HR strategies in alignment with broader business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Organise and coordinate training and professional development programs.
- Administer payroll and benefits.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate necessary reports.
Qualifications:
- Degree-educated or equivalent relevant experience.
- HR Background in startup businesses, desirable.
