Employment Tax Assistant Manager

A Top 6 Accounting Practice located in Central London is actively recruiting for an Employment Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing team

As a Tax Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for engagements, billings and collections
• Provide Tax compliance and advisory services to clients of various sizes and industry sectors
• Take the lead on complex project work, delegating work to junior colleagues, and supporting Senior team members
• Support, train and mentor junior team members
• Identify business development opportunities with new and existing clients
• Challenge the status quo - driving improvements and leading change across the service line

You will be ATT, CTA or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in Employment Taxes. You will need to be confident in communication, being the main point of contact for your clients, and able to deliver advice and discuss Employment Tax topics.

The business operates a flexible working policy and provides study support through CTA or ACA, if required.
