Business Consultant
You'll play a key role in empowering enterprises with AI-driven creativity, ensuring clients harness the full potential of cutting-edge solutions. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with global customers, providing expertise in the implementation of APIs and emerging video/audio solutions.
- Act as a trusted consultant for marketing and creative teams, identifying challenges and opportunities.
- Lead requirement gathering processes, ensuring business needs are accurately documented.
- Conduct workflow reviews, spotting opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Facilitate customer workshops, translating business needs into actionable strategies.
- Manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, within a Marketing or Creative industry.
- Strong understanding of CMS and AI powered tools.
- Knowledge of current trends and technologies in marketing and creative automation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, and additionally either French or German would be beneficial.
Please note: This is an initial 12 month contract, inside IR35 and hybrid working in the London HQ.
