AVP Operational Resilience

Our client, a Global Financial Services institution, are looking for an Operational Resilience AVP to join their team based in London.

Responsibilities below:

• Embed the Operational Resilience team into the design aspects of solutions being developed, both in terms of technology solution design and where necessary, product design.
• Be continually engaged with the day-to-day operations, monitoring and understanding service performance and seeking to learn lessons from any issues or incidents to feed into the overall Resilience framework and plan.
• Participation at a working group level of change programs which may materially alter the resilience posture of the organization, influencing these to ensure risk is either mitigated or improvements made.
• Establish new and participate in existing forums to ensure the resilience health of the delivery products and services is clear, enabling strategic decision making for investment and risk management

Previous experience within Operational Resilience is preferred.
