AVP - Compliance Assurance

Our client, a leading Bank, are looking for an AVP - Compliance Assurance to join their Compliance team based in London.

Responsibilities below:

• Plan, execute, and report on compliance assurance reviews in line with the annual Compliance Assurance Plan and the Compliance Assurance Methodology.
• Assess controls mitigating financial crime risks (AML, sanctions, bribery & corruption, etc.) and regulatory compliance risks.
• Deliver high-quality written reports with clear and impactful recommendations.
• Engage constructively with stakeholders to address findings and track remediation progress.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Compliance Assurance methodology.
• Contribute to the development of the Compliance Assurance annual plan.

Previous experience within Compliance Monitoring and Audit is preferred.
