🚀 Head of Digital Transformation - Social Media Technology | £100K | London (Hybrid/Remote)
We're searching for a Head of Digital Transformation with proven, enterprise-level expertise in social media technologies to lead a critical transformation programme for one of the UK's largest retail brands. This is an immediate requirement, based in our London office (with flexibility to work remotely).
This role isn't just about strategy - it's about owning the product roadmap and technical evolution of our entire social media technology stack, ensuring we deliver at scale across engagement, listening, affiliation, and analytics platforms.
What you'll be doing:

Act as the "mini-CEO" for all social media technologies, continuously evolving capabilities and driving transformation.

Own the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for social media technology across the business.

Lead the selection, integration, and optimisation of platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or equivalent enterprise tools.

Partner with global marketing, digital, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business needs and seamless integration into wider digital ecosystems.

Drive measurable ROI through social engagement, listening, affiliation, and analytics platforms.

Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI-driven engagement, social commerce, and next-gen analytics.
What we're looking for:

MUST HAVE: extensive hands-on expertise in enterprise-level social media technology platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, or similar).

Demonstrated success in transforming social media ecosystems within a large-scale retail or consumer-facing environment.
