Finance Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a lovely company based in Brighton. The Finance Assistant will have proven all round accounting experience, credit control and accounts payable etc. The Accounts Assistant role is office based.

Salary: up to £30K

Location: Office based - Brighton

Hours: Mon-Fri - 8.30-5 or 9-5.30

Finance Assistant duties:

• Supporting the Finance Manager
• Credit control
• Monitoring and processing expenses
• Checking and processing of payments
• Reconciliations
• Processing purchase ledger invoices
• Supplier statements
• Support with month end and payroll when required

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar accounts assistant / finance assistant type role
• Excellent IT and excel skills
• Good communication skills both verbally and written
