Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Program Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 investment bank based in Belfast on an initial 6-month contract.
Rate: £770/day
Responsibilities:
- Execute and support business analysis such as, process mapping, business requirements, testing scripts, data analysis and project administration such as meeting minutes and governance material.
- Scrutinize and challenge the evidence and necessary documentation with robust meeting minutes and rigorous track and trace of actions and their status. Assure the governance model and inform any internal audit queries and post-implementation solution confirmation.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to peers and program leaders in the implementation and adoption of frameworks, methodologies and tools.
- Partner with Internal Audit, ORM (Risk and Control) and Global Project Management Office to ensure complete, accurate and timely delivery of documentation to support closure the project lifecycles.
- Establish strong relationships with effective communication (Active listening and reading with effective speaking and writing) to stakeholders at all levels, businesses, and locations, providing a broad understanding of the organization while building relationships throughout.
- Appropriately assess reputation risk when making business decisions, using sound ethical judgment, and complying with both policy and applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Experience with managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Financial Services with an In-depth understanding and experience of the project lifecycle, change management governance, business analysis, including business process mapping, control requirements, data analysis, business requirements documentation, implementation including user acceptance testing and development and adoption.
- Ability to manage and Minutes, RAID logs and communicate effectively on risks / issues with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive. The candidate will need to draw on experience and will require the ability to clearly articulate principles and methodologies to a variety of audiences including senior internal stakeholders and to find creative solutions to issues as they arise.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite at least three days per week.
- Bachelor's degree required.
