Job title: Accounts Assistant - Temporary
Duration: till June 2025
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable - processing invoices
- Accounts receivable - reconciling invoices
- Weekly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Reimbursing employees travel & expenses
- Management of company credit cards
- Accruals and prepayments
- Assist with month-end / year-end tasks
- Assisting with ad hoc requests and the chance to get stuck into other finance projects as required
Skills and experience:
- Available at short notice / Immediately available
- Strong attention to detail
