Job Title: Temporary Part-time Administrator
Location: Working from home (Laptop will be provided)
Pay rate: £12.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAPDuration: 3 months
Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 21 hours per week
I am currently recruiting for a temporary part-time Administrator to join a not-for-profit organisation for a period of approx 3 months however could be longer term. The role of Administrator will be to support a large team with any admin requests that can include the following:

  • Logistics for meetings - setting up polls, regular meetings with staff globally
  • Minute taking
  • Support preparatory packages
  • Support setting up orientation meetings
  • Supporting with the tracking of deadlines
  • Diary management
  • Preparing presentations, document templates etc
  • Updating the contact database (needs constant maintenance)

To be considered for the role you firstly must be able to commit to the 3 month period, have strong administration experience with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously. A can do and positive outlook is essential and able to adapt to change.
