Job Title: Pre-Sales Technical Engineer
Salary: £36-40k (Depending on experience) Location: Surrey
Hours: Monday - Friday | 9.00am - 5.30pm
Other information: Split between office based and remote working

Providing pre-sales technical design solutions, that meet and exceed customer specifications and sales' briefings.
Providing pre-sales technical information support to customers and colleagues
Using design software packages to produce pre-sales technical submissions, as required.
Advise and support colleagues' and customers on using the design software.
Generating detailed quotations and technical submissions achieving optimum performance for customers' budget.
Liaising closely with the Sales Team to maximise sales through a collaborative approach to ensure high quality technical propositions.
To ensure accuracy of information and interaction tracking in CRM
Provide pre-sales technical design solutions
Preparation of quotations and technical propositions using company systems (eg CRM, Design Tools)
Provide pre sales technical advice and guidance to customers and colleagues
Ensure all sections of the quality assurance system and daily processes relating to the pre-sales activity are adhered to.
Deliver and promote market leading customer service and engagement throughout the organisation
General administration tasks and housekeeping as required
Collaboration with product specialists on product and application feedback for product development.
Mentoring of others, to ensure application and product knowledge is continuously developed to support business activity and to support future progression.
Ability to develop and maintain good relationships internally/externally and at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised & able to prioritise
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
Driven to work independently and as part of a team
Methodical and problem-solving mindset
Demonstrate customer centric behaviours and a passion for customer service
Good level of computer literacy.
Desirable: Working knowledge of SAP/CRM
