We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Executive Assistant to join a growing, entrepreneurial business in a newly created, varied role to support the CEO and Senior Management team. This is a fantastic chance to make a mark and make the job your own. You will be joining the company at a time of growth where there are lots of opportunities to get involved in all areas of the business, take responsibility for a number of projects and have a real impact on the growth of the organisation. We are looking for someone highly driven and self-motivated who is up for this challenge!

The CEO is looking for a real 'right hand' support and key responsibilities include:

  • Extensive diary management and all associated planning and preparation for meetings and events for the CEO
  • Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, briefings and other paperwork for CEO
  • Follow up on actions / tasks for CEO
  • Create and own all documents related to internal processes
  • Project manage recruitment including arranging interviews, sending offer letters, onboarding new starters, managing relationships with Universities and other key contacts
  • Provide support to the senior management team including collating and reviewing expenses before submitting to Finance
  • Office management including planning team events / Christmas party etc, ordering office supplies, liaising with suppliers and resolving any facilities issues
  • Involvement in ad hoc project work such as market research, data analysis, preparing management information
  • Work with Marketing to manage social media accounts and post regular content

This is a varied role which requires excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. Previous EA / PA experience is essential and experience of working in entrepreneurial / growing / start-up / SME businesses would advantageous.
