Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator to provide Sales Support Administration to their busy Sales and Account Management team. This is a temporary, office based job opportunity to start ASAP, working on a temp basis.
Pay rate: £11-13 per hour
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Duration: Temp - 6 months
Duties will include:
* Work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers in the Direct Sales team
* Process tenders and related information
* Work closely with other Support teams to ensure confirmations are completed within industry standards.
* Work to KPIs to ensure tenders meet their deadlines.
* Data validation, ensuring data is cleansed before entering into in-house systems with attention to detail.
* Process documents - loading, pricing and scanning
* Provide general administrative support to the sales team and direct customers.
* Managing credit checks for the sales team
* Liaise effectively daily by telephone with customers, consultants & Account Managers and assist with queries and enquiries.
* Update and maintain various logs and send reports to customers as requested.
