A global consumer oriented sports brand that is well known for their digital offerings, is now looking for a Senior UX Researcher to support their best in class customer & user experience journeys. With ongoing investments and innovation within technology, data and product, this is an exciting opportunity for a UX researcher to step up and build on their commercial online, product & UX skills.
Reporting into the Research Lead, you will be involved in end to end user interaction and research focused projects including usability labs, focus groups, field research, surveys, analytics and interviews. This will be a business partnering type of opportunity where you wil be collaborating with various cross functional internal stakeholders including product, analytics, UX and research teams with a focus on providing customer insights from a design perspective. The role will involve both quantitative and qualitative, mixed method research requirements.
