Must haves:

• 5- 10 years Recruitment experience in complex Financial Sector organisation
• Experience reviewing job requirements and partnering with C-Suit level individuals within Financial services to make sure Job Descriptions are fit for purpose.
• Assist in the hiring of nearly 200 staff for a specific business unit as it goes through a rapid expansion.
