Are you an experienced Stand Alone HR Manager or an HR professional with extensive SME experience delivering strategic HR?
Morgan McKinley is working for a small investment/ private equity business to find a stand alone HR Manager for the business. The HR Manager has access to an administrator and is responsible for the policy management for 4 other businesses in the investee companies in the portfolio.
Manage all HR activities including performance management, appraisals, probation reviews, recruitment and selection etc.
Manage GDPR and financial regulations from the FCA.
Provide international payroll advice and implementation for any new businesses acquired.
Monitoring training, including necessary exams and accreditations
Provide Employee legislation advice to the business including the management of ER cases.
Work with the CAO and HR Administration to support the HR function for investee companies on an ongoing basis;
Provide reward advice and guidance to the company and the Investee Companies on
Oversee the recruitment process for the company and the Investee Companies where required both locally and internationally
Experience as a Stand Alone HR Manager or extensive SME experience is a must.
Understanding of financial regulation is beneficial
Must be able to work with stakeholders of investee companies and convey good HR practice.
