Newly Created Senior & Strategic Customer Insights Director - Retail Bank, Digital & Data Transformation Journey. Middle East based
A banking giant based in the Middle East is investing heavily into their digital and data capabilities, off the back of a major integration project. As part of the ongoing transformation roadmap, they are now looking to bring on a newly created Senior Director of Customer Insights & Data to their Business Management & Channels team, as a key component of the bank's ongoing growth and success within the retail business.
A highly strategic and cross functional role reporting to the COO of the Personal Banking Group, this will be an initial individual contributor function who will be tasked with driving and shaping the data driven transformation journey forwards alongside various internal teams including Digital, Technology, Group BI, Product, Marketing, Research & Sales. You will be championing data driven and customer insight led innovation and learning agendas, from ideation to business case development and value realisation, to ultimately implementation and execution.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have communicated a strategic retail banking vision as well as tangible commercial outcomes, alongside a flair for bringing senior stakeholders on board from a transformational perspective. You will ideally come from an extensive background within Consumer Insights & Data, and have experience working closely with data & analytics teams around product, marketing, sales and service propositions.
