Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Permanent PA to CEO position to work with our client based in the city. The main purpose is to be the key point of contact for the CEO proactively managing internal/external enquires and communication, and provide daily, proactive, and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the CEO

SALARY up to £50,000 DOE

Hybrid Role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily, proactive, and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
  • Key point of contact for the CEO proactively managing internal/external enquires and communication, some of which may be of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
  • Proactive diary management for the CEO, organising her busy diary including liaison with clients and senior staff.
  • Support the CEO by preparing her for meetings, including organising travel arrangements and itineraries, providing all supporting information and documentation such as agendas, minutes, papers etc.
  • Organise events including meetings, lunches and dinners, as directed.
  • Support the drafting of a range of materials such as presentations, speeches, and papers for meetings, including gathering data, researching material, creating PowerPoint presentations and ensuring appropriate input from colleagues/managers.
  • Act as the conduit between the CEO and senior management by coordinating internal diaries and meetings, liaising effectively with all staff and clients, ensuring high regard for excellent client service both internally and externally.
  • Take and type up minutes of meetings as directed and coordinate post-meeting correspondence to follow-up on actions to all relevant parties.
  • In addition to the work environment, support the CEO on any personal matters as required.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner and the ability to be confident, assertive, and adaptive
  • Proficient in IT skills, Microsoft office, Notion and SLACK. - (desirable)
  • Ability to work flexibly with and for others
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines
