Marketing Manager - 13m FTC - Investment Management - £40k-£45k

My client and well known and respected Investments firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their friendly, hardworking team of professionals on a 13m FTC for a maternity cover.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Marketing professional who has a creative flare, in this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality, creative marketing and campaign materials in order to support growth and drive the organisations brand.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Brand and Design
  • Ensuring that there is design and brand consistency across all material and campaign deliverables
  • Bring new ideas for design to the creative team
  • Evolve the firms marketing collateral and content in a creative way to improve effectiveness
  • Ensuring that all design work meets the brands guidelines
  • Making sure that all work represents the company's branding
  • Campaigns and Collateral
  • Design impactful presentations for events, sales and marketing activities
  • Work with client groups, sales and investment teams on content
  • Manage the maintenance of corporate presentations, staff biographies, case studies, fund presentations
  • Accurately create and maintain presentations in line with brand standards
  • Manage design requests from the wider business
  • Ability to take design briefs, ensuring that all requests are delivered to set guidelines
  • Design and develop digital assets including visuals and infographics for social media
  • Internal communications
  • Deliver email campaigns for key publications, communications, provide support for events
  • Evaluate campaign activity, report results and make recommendations for improvement
  • Keep the wider business up to date with communications on; brand developments, marketing activity, new material and collateral
  • Provide training to the business on brand, templates and use to tools

Key Skills and Experience

  • 2-4 years' experience with Asset or Wealth Management
  • Highly proficient in Powerpoint, Indesign, and Photoshop
  • Strong art editing and illustration skills
  • Experience using an emailing marketing tool
  • Proven ability of designing for online mediums including; online publications, infographics, social media
  • Proactive in driving and delivering outstanding marketing communications
  • A good eye for detail and creative flair
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and team player
