Job Description

Morgan McKinley is excited to be working with a Financial Service business in the search for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their HR function.

We are currently searching for and L&D coordinator to join a vibrant collaborative HR team in the wealth management sector. This role and organisations offer the right person a great opportunity for growth and progression.

The day to day duties include:

  • Complete training needs analysis
  • Writing course content in a way in which inspires learning
  • Assisting in the presentation of training
  • Organisation and management of training workshops/courses
  • Ownership of new joiner inductions
  • Reporting
  • Assisting in the design of Elearning modules and so much more...

The successful individual must ideally have some previous L&D experience, or come form an events background with some L&D exposure. You will have good presentation skills and be educated to a degree level or equivalent. You will need strong excel skills and be happy to be in the office in the City 2 days per week
