Job Description

Morgan McKinley has an urgent HR Admin Support role based in the London Bridge area, working for a Professional Services type business. The Recruitment & HR Admin role will be to start ASAP, supporting the busy Recruitment Manager and team with admin support.

Duration: 3 month fixed term contract

Salary: £25-27K

Location: London Bridge

Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Admin support to the Recruitment Manager and L&D Manager when required
  • Arranging interviews with candidates
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Work on the recruitment portal etc.
  • Send suitable CV's to line managers for shortlisting
  • Dealing with queries

Skills and experience required for the role:

  • Proven experience working in a similar, admin - HR admin / recruitment support ideally within the Professional Services or Legal sector
  • Good IT skills including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
