Morgan McKinley has an urgent HR Admin Support role based in the London Bridge area, working for a Professional Services type business. The Recruitment & HR Admin role will be to start ASAP, supporting the busy Recruitment Manager and team with admin support.
Duration: 3 month fixed term contract
Location: London Bridge
Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing Admin support to the Recruitment Manager and L&D Manager when required
- Arranging interviews with candidates
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Work on the recruitment portal etc.
- Send suitable CV's to line managers for shortlisting
- Dealing with queries
Skills and experience required for the role:
- Proven experience working in a similar, admin - HR admin / recruitment support ideally within the Professional Services or Legal sector
- Good IT skills including Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
