A very well known, UK & international consumer brand has been focusing on driving digital as their main consumer channel of engagement. Due to new product launches and a strong ongoing focus on customer loyalty, a Digital Website Manager is now required to support the website platform within UK (as the global centre of excellence) and regional offices.
This will be a hands on product & project management heavy role where you will be involved with defining and implementing various online customer journey tweaks and ongoing optimization. Working closely with an analytics team who will support CRO initiatives, the Website Product Owner will have autonomy to lead: monitoring performance of the website against KPIs, populating the backlog with ideas and enhancements with a focus on driving further performance and growth across the markets.
