Job Description

Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced and professional Customer Service candidates with excellent Customer Service skills to join their busy Call Centre based in the Potters Bar area. This is a 12 month fixed term contract job to start ASAP.

Salary: £21-24K dependent on experience

Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri

Duties will include:

  • Answer incoming telephone enquiries across the companies product range, responding to them and documenting resolution
  • Maintain customer relationships both internally and externally
  • Calculating costs / prices for customer policies
  • Take ownership for incoming enquiries ensuring complete customer satisfaction and query resolution
  • To keep company records up to date

Skills and experience required for the Customer Service - Call Centre Agent role:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ideally have experience of working in a Call Centre / Contact Centre type environment
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills
  • Good IT skills
