Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Customer Service candidates with excellent Customer Service skills ideally with experience working within a Call Centre - Contact Centre type environment. This is a 12 month fixed term contract job to start ASAP. Hybrid working options are available.
Salary: £20-25K dependent on experience
Location: Home / Office. Must be able to commute to the Potters Bar office as and when required.
Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries across the companies product range, responding to them and documenting resolution
- Maintain customer relationships both internally and externally
- Calculating costs / prices for customer policies
- Take ownership for incoming enquiries ensuring complete customer satisfaction and query resolution
- To keep company records up to date
Skills and experience required for the Call Centre - Customer Service role:
- Proven customer service experience, ideally working in a similar Call Centre / Contact Centre type environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT and excellent numeracy skills
