Senior Pricing Analyst for a well-known brand based near Basingstoke, responsible for the development of pricing structures and analysis.

Senior Pricing Analyst for a well-known brand based near Basingstoke. You will be responsible for the development of pricing structures and analysis to support delivering technical solution objectives.

Key responsibilities for this role:

• Responsible for developing and delivering pricing strategies that increase value, through risk analysis and price optimisation.
• Building and maintaining robust pricing models to facilitate the delivery of high-quality pricing analysis.
• Ensuring data accuracy and cleansing is maintained.
• Supporting the Head of department in development and adoption of best practice in relation to pricing strategies.
• Responsible for monitoring of weekly trading against budget.
• Supporting the production of presentations and analysis used to communicate performance.
• Delivering analysis and MI on a timely basis to meet deadlines.
• Undertaking competitor analysis, including past market trends and modelling future scenarios.

To be successful in your application for this role it is beneficial to have:

• Analytical background with extensive analytical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience utilising analytical tools and languages such as SAS and SQL.
• Proven track record of communicating complex issues to management.
• Ability to use your own initiative to identify opportunities and develop ways to improve working processes.
• Experience in developing and implementing change.
• Commercially minded outlook.
