My client is looking to hire a Resource BP on a FTC for a period of 12mths. They have impeccable reputation in the market as the best employer in Bristol. Based in the city centre, they have fantastic offices and an amazing culture.

In the market that is awash with TA vacancies, this stands out as a jewel of a role. It is worth giving me a call to enquire further if you are insterested. This is a FTC but there is a real possibility of this role becoming permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies, not being afraid to try new and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Know your industry and advocate for driving best practice by continually monitoring new trends and opportunities
  • Attend relevant industry and career events to network and develop insights and understanding into recruitment advancements
  • Conducting ongoing recruitment drives
  • Continually raise the quality of our recruiting process by conducting interview skills training for managers and driving consistency
  • Challenge the norm by analysing data and implementing process improvements across the recruitment function
  • Represent the business at recruiting events, whilst also working to develop the employer brand proposition through advertising, promotion, and other innovative methods
  • Enforce consistency with our recruiting policies and procedures
  • Proactively seeks knowledge from the external market on matters that effect the business, the impact that has on the resourcing process, and makes recommendations accordingly
  • Utilising sourcing tools to source the best talent e.g. applicant tracking systems, job-boards, CV databases, internet search, and social media tools (including LinkedIn)
  • End-to-end resourcing relationship management

Desired Experience

  • Educated to degree level education (or equivalent)
  • A psychometric testing / personality profiling qualification is desirable
  • A successful track record in the delivery of recruitment services gained in an agency or in-
  • house environment, preferably in financial services, involving full employment cycle

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, job-boards, CV databases, internet search,
  • and social media tools to engage with passive candidates
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool
  • Experience in issuing and interpreting Psychometric & Ability Testing
  • A motivation to achieve results and a record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
  • Ability to effectively influence external and internal stakeholders (including SMT)
  • Be skilled at partnering with hiring managers and building effective sourcing strategies
  • and relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, maintaining an excellent hiring
  • manager and candidate experience
  • Good planning, time management, decision making, presentation and organisation skills
  • Proactively increases own knowledge and commercial awareness whilst keeping abreast of
  • new innovations in attraction methodologies
  • Ability to produce and analyse data, identify opportunities and using data to drive
  • decisions
