Job Description

Part Time HR Team Leader

Morgan McKinley are excited to be working with a market leading utilities business in the search for a Part Time HR Team Leader to join the Head Office team in Slough. We are looking for a driven, motivated self starter to take ownership of the HR team and duties.

Part time 12 months FTC, 25 hours per week 9.30 - 2.30 pm, £35,000 FTE pro rata. Some travel to site

The day to day duties include:

  • Day to day management of a small team
  • Mentoring of managers and advise on HR Policies
  • Compliance monitoring
  • Disciplinaries and grievances management
  • Generalist HR duties
  • HR reporting - on absence, disciplinaries and recruitment costs
