Job Scope:
As the Project Manager, you will lead and oversee multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure successful project delivery.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and safety requirements.
- Supervise and support Project Engineers and site teams throughout project execution, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare progress reports, monitor project profitability, and proactively manage project risks and issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the project team, including performance management, training, and recruitment where required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide strategic direction to achieve departmental and project objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in HVAC/M&E project management, preferably within Data Centre or Industrial projects.
- Proven track record in managing projects, budgets, and project teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Testing & Commissioning, project documentation, and contract administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
