We're working with a leading Singapore-based systems integrator that delivers end-to-end homeland security solutions for government clients. With a proven track record in cutting-edge technology, they're now looking to hire a Business Development Executive to join their high-performing sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career (1-2 years' experience) who's looking to grow into a key client-facing role with direct impact on revenue and account strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support the growth of strategic accounts-primarily government agencies-while driving new opportunities through strong relationship management and sales operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of government clients
- Understand client needs and coordinate with presales to deliver proposals and quotations
- Drive account revenue and maintain accurate customer profiles
- Handle full sales operations lifecycle from tender briefings to proposal preparation
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Support events, training, renewals, and project follow-up
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- 1-2 years' experience in a systems integrator or B2B environment
- Public Sector sales experience
- Able to present, negotiate, and analyse opportunities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
