Position: eTrading Application Support Specialist

Our Client, A leading investment bank in Singapore is seeking an eTrading Application Support Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and deliver solutions for Fixed Income Trading operations in Singapore.
- Manage 1st and 2nd line application support, collaborating with various stakeholders and working closely with traders.
- Support a range of systems and applications, including both vendor solutions and in-house developed tools.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in supporting Trading, Pricing, and Risk Management applications.
- Strong background in front-to-back Trading Systems and Trading Desk operations.
- Proficient in diagnosing trade breaks, connectivity issues, and data discrepancies within trading systems.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and products, with a focus on Fixed Income.
- Understanding of electronic trading, market connectivity, market making, and algorithmic/automatic trading.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, and systems support teams.
- Proficient in Linux, Windows Servers, Oracle, and SQL.
- Experience with scripting, SQL, and/or programming languages.
- Familiarity with IT project and development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and ITIL principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
