Job Description

We are currently working with an e-commerce company who is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join the team in Singapore.

As part of the pioneer team here in Singapore, you will be a part of this exciting opportunity to grow with the business and the team, while working alongside various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and driving the account strategy for your clients
  • Manage a portfolio of key clients ensuring they consistently exceed revenue and profit targets
  • Conduct business reviews and analysis, and uncover opportunities for new revenue streams
  • Be the key point of contact for clients

Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in account management
  • Experience in the ecommerce industry
  • Strong business acumen and commercial skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
